Withdrawal Rules:
  1. In case of mid-term withdrawals, the parents will be required to pay the tuition fees and bus fees for the full month in which the child is withdrawn. Part of the month will be treated as one month.
  2. If a child has to be withdrawn from the commencement of the new session, parents must apply for the withdrawal on or before the last day of the current academic session, failing which the tuition and bus fee for the month in which withdrawal is applied for will be charged.
  3. No refund of fee etc. would be made under any circumstances.
  4. Please fill the TC form available in the school office.
  5. If a student remains absent without any information for more than 10 days, his/her name will be struck off on the last day of the month and if he/she wishes to join back 50% of admission fees will be charged.

Note : The management reserves the right and sole discretion to relax any of the above rules or requirements in exceptionally deserving cases. In this regard the decision of the management will be final and binding on all concerned and no right will accrue in favour of other person in this account. All the legal matters are subject to Indore Jurisdiction.

Fees Rules:
  1. Fees once paid at the time of admission is not refundable except the Security Deposit amount in case of the withdrawal. Parent / Guardian will intimate the school in writing for the same and apply for the school transfer certificate. Security deposit (Refundable) will be refunded only when all dues to the school are cleared.
  2. Fees can be deposited in advance.
  3. Tuition, Annual and Transport fees may increase as determined by the School Management.
  4. Cancellation of admission of the ward is done once all dues till the current Trimester fee is paid. The school is not liable to return the amount paid at the time of admission in any circumstance, whether the student has attended the classes or not from the beginning of the session.
  5. Once the new session commences, security deposit will only be refunded if tuition fee (and transport fee if applied for transport) upto the relevant Trimester installment is paid, otherwise, it will be considered as forfeited.   6. Annual Fees is charged for the financial year – April to March. Thereafter, Annual fee is raised in advance in January of a given year and must be paid full in advance before the commencement of the session.
  7. Please ensure the full payment of the relevant Trimester installment. All installments fees must be paid on or before 10th of the first month of the relevant trimonthly installments.
  8. Any “extra” fee paid, queried and found admissible, will be refunded after submitting the receipt of a payment for the same.
  9. No student will be allowed to Join/ remain in school unless all outstanding dues of the previous term and the current year's annual fees paid in full.
General Guidelines:
  1. Ensure that the student shall abide by the rules and regulations of DCM School, Indore including those related to Attendance, Academic Honesty, Uniform and IT, incorporated and amended by DCM School, Indore from time to time.
  2. Ensure that the official school uniform is worn by the student.
  3. Acknowledge that DCM School Indore has final authority in regard to student admissions, re admission, grade and class placement, retention, placement in special programmes and curriculum.
  4. Not hold DCM School Indore liable beyond responsible negligence, for accidents caused during student's participation in activities and/ or for accidents which are a result of actions my children take/s unilaterally without permission.
  5. Allow DCM School Indore to use the student's photos in its school publications and on its website.
  6. Not to defame or lower, within the community, by action or word the reputations of DCM School Indore its Founders and/ or representatives.
  7. Ensure that the Fees (Tuition and Transport) is paid on time as per the schedule and mode of payment as decided by the school.
Transportation Rules and Regulation:
  1. In the case of new admissions, parents opting for school transport are requested to fill up and submit this form along with the application.
  2. Students who are currently availing of this facility and wish to continue for the academic year 2023-24, parents must submit the form duly filled in office.
  3. Transport fee will be charged for 11 months for the year.
  4. Nodal pick-up points and the exact route of the buses will be derived based on majority users and keeping in mind the time management that benefits all students (Door to door pick up and drop by school buses is not available).
  5. In case of any changes in the above-mentioned details from the date of transport request, parents are requested to update the changes before 30 days of the academic year commences. Delay in updating the same may affect the facility allocation.
  6. Parents desiring to discontinue the transportation service are required to intimate to the principal in writing at least 1 month in advance or pay one month bus fare in lieu thereof.
  7. In case child is dropped by the parents to school or collected by the parents from the school, the fact must be brought to the notice of the concerned driver/conductor through the School office/Transport In-charge.
  8. Temporary change of routes for a few days cannot be allowed under any circumstances.
  9. There can be an increase in the transportation fee in the middle of the session also if price of fuel is raised suddenly by the Government.
Instructions:
  1. Children are requested to maintain discipline on the school bus.
  2. Children should be seated in their respective seats allotted and are not allowed to eat on the bus.
  3. Please be present at the pickup point 5 minutes before the bus arrives.
  4. Students who avail the School Transport System are hereby instructed that NO foul language, bullying, throwing articles out of the bus, etc. will be tolerated. If found, such students will lose the benefit of the School Transport facility and will have to make their own arrangements.
  5. Pre-Primary and Primary children will only be handed over to a parent/guardian. In their absence at the point, the child will be brought back to school. Parents are requested to pick them up from school directly.
  6. Fees once paid will not be refunded. (We are not responsible for your valuable belongings lost in the school bus).
